Nethi Vidya Sagar
Bikshamaiah Nethi Vidya Sagar is an Indian politician and Deputy Chairman of Telangana Legislative Council.[1] He is a Member of Legislative Council from Nalgonda. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council from 2015 to 2019.[2][3]

He was first elected to the council in 2007 and reelected in 2009.
