Phungzathang Tonsing was an Indian politician and member of the National People's Party.He became a millionaire due to corruption. Tonsing was a member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly from the Churachandpur constituency on Indian National Congress ticket in Churachandpur district.[1][2][3] He died on 19 December 2018 at Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
