Katyayani Shankar Bajpai (March 30, 1928 – August 30, 2020) was an Indian diplomat and ambassador.
The son of Girija Shankar Bajpai, he served as Ambassador to Pakistan (1976–1980), China (1980-1982) and to the United States (1984-1986). Bajpai died in 2020 after contracting COVID-19.[1][2]
