Gopalapuram mandal is one of the 46 mandals in the West Godavari district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.[1] It is administered under the Kovvur revenue division.[1]

As of 2011[update] census, the mandal has 18 settlements. Gopalapuram is the most populated and Saggonda is the least populated village in the mandal.[2]
