Melangkah Di Atas Awan (lit. 'A Walk in the Clouds') is a 1997 Indonesian musical television series directed by Putu Wijaya. It stars Inneke Koesherawati, Peggy Melati Sukma, Adjie Massaid, and Ronny Sianturi.[1] This was the last appearance of Ryan Hidayat before his death on 8 February 1997.
The series was announced by Starvision on 6 January 1997.[2] Slamet Rahardjo, who portrays Sastro, states that he was a fan of Putu Wijaya and was cast in the series, because Wijaya directed it.[3]
Premise[edit | edit source]
The story of Diah and her son, Indra, who decided to marry a village girl named Ayu, in which all of his companies grew bearing her name.
