Manibabu Karanam is an Indian screenwriter[2] who predominantly works in Telugu cinema.[3]

Career[edit]

Karanam completed his MBA and worked as an HR executive for 6 years. He ghostwrote from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, he resigned from his HR job.

His debut project was the 2018 movie Savyasachi, for which he assisted in writing the story and dialogue.

He has written for Northstar Entertainments for their web series THE GRILL and Black & White, and for their 2021 movie Lakshya.

In 2021, he wrote the screenplay and dialogue for Karthikeya 2. In 2022, he provided the dialogue and screenplay for People Media Factory's movie EAGLE.[4] He is also providing the dialogue and screenplay for another film titled MIRAI, starring Teja Sajja and directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
