Bihar Legislature

The Bihar Legislature is the bicameral legislature of the Indian state of Bihar. The Legislature is composed of:

• the Bihar Legislative Council, the upper house,
• the Bihar Legislative Assembly, the lower house, and
• the Governor of Bihar

Bihar Vidhan mandal complex, Eastern facade. the building is in Patna, Bihar. It houses the Bihar Vidhan Sabha, Vidhan Parishad and the Secretariat Buildings.
