Prabhakar Chaudhary (born 1 January 1984) is an officer of the Indian Police Service 2010 batch, hails from Hanswar, Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1984 born Prabhakar Chaudhary is B.SC, LL.B.[2] He cracked the civil services exam in his first attempt and secured his home cadre. Chaudhary started his career as a trainee Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Noida. He has served the UP Police across the state, including in Deoria, Bijnor, Ballia, Bulandshahr, Kanpur Dehat, Varanasi, Moradabad, Meerut, and Agra.[3][4] Prabhakar Chaudhary was also in the news when he came to take charge of Kanpur SP by hanging the bag like a student on his back and riding in a roadways bus.[5][6] Chaudhary faced 18 transfers within an 8-year span during his career.[7]
