Pinus eldarica, commonly known as the Afghan pine, is a species of pine native to the eastern Hindu Kush region. The bulk of its range is in NW Pakistan and Eastern Afghanistan. Within Pakistan it is the Provincial tree of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
