Template:Volleyball club infoboxCalicut Heroes is a men's volleyball team from Kozhikode, Kerala playing in the Pro Volleyball League in India.[1]
In mid-2018, Baseline Ventures, India invited bids for franchisees based in Indian cities for Pro Volleyball League. The league was given the go-ahead by Fédération Internationale de Volleyball. Beacon Sports won the bid for the Calicut franchisee in the Pro Volleyball League.[2] The Calicut Heroes team is being led by team captain Charles Jerome Vinith and coached by Sajjad Hussain Malik. The team comprises of 16 members - four attackers, three blockers, two setters, one libero and a couple of universals.
