Halappa Achar
Halappa Basappa Achar is an Indian politician who is the current Cabinet Minister of Mines & Geology, Minister of Women & Child Development & Minister of disabled & Senior citizens empowerment Government of Karnataka since 4 August 2021, also appointed as district incharge minister for koppal District.[1] He is a member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Yelburga constituency.[2] He was elected as a Member of Karnataka Legislative Council from Raichur local authorities constituency in 2010.[3]
