Gaikhangam Gangmei (born 12 November 1950) is an Indian Politician from Manipur and member of Congress Working Committee.[1] He has earlier served as Deputy Chief minister of Manipur[2] and MPCC presidents.[3]

He was born in Gaidimjang, Khoupum valley to Late. Khangsinglung. He belongs to the Rongmei tribe.[4]
