Akashaditya lama (born 9 March 1977) is a screen writer and film maker[1]

Career

His first stint with film writing was with the film Lahore, directed by National Award-winning director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. Lama has co-written Chauhan's next directorial venture Chanda Mama Door Ke and Tauba Tera Jalwa starring Ameesha Patel, Jatin Khurana and Angela Krislinzki. Lama also written and co produced Hindi play Mohenjodare.[2] Lama directed his first film in 2012 titled Cigarette Ki Tarah,[3]

Apart from writing Akashaditya Lama has served as member and jury in Government of India’s various cultural as well film bodies like Central Board of Film Certification,[4]
