This party was formed ahead of the West Bengal state election of 2021. This political party is one of the very new party which is formed by a Muslim cleric to ensure the rights of minorities including Dalit, Adivasi, West Bengal Muslims and other minorities.[2]. ISF shouted that if their party come to the power then they will nominate a Dalit as a chief minister of West Bengal and a Muslim as home minister. Indian Secular Front is expecting that they will win at least 60-70 seats of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, 2021.

Party formation and performance

The ISF was formed to ensure minorities right by Pirzada Abbas Siddique with Naushad Siddiqui and Srimon Soren. Ideologically this party is totally secular and its main agenda is to revive the secularism and religious harmony of India.
