American Immigration Council


The American Immigration Council is a nonprofit organization and advocacy group based in Washington, D.C., recognized under the 501(c)(3) status. Founded in 1987 as the American Immigration Law Foundation by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the organization focuses on various aspects of immigration.

In 2022, the American Immigration Council merged with the New American Economy, enhancing its capacity to address immigration issues.
