Pranati Nayak (born 6 April 1995) is an Indian artistic gymnast. She earned a bronze medal on vault at the 2019 Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships.[3] Nayak was trained and mentored by Minara Begum until 2019, when Begum retired from the Sports Authority of India. Since then, she has been coached by Laxman Manohar Sharma. Nayak was the lone Indian gymnast to qualify for the 2020 Olympics.[4]She is the daughter of a bus driver.[5][6][7]

Nayak earned a continental quota spot to the 2020 Summer Olympics alongside Sri Lanka’s Milka Gehani after the cancellation of the 2021 Asian Championships.[4]
