The Embassy of India in Amsara is diplomatic mission of the Republic of India to Eritrea.[1][2]

LeadershipEdit

Ambassador is in charge of the Embassy. Subhadh Chand is the current Ambassador of India to Eritrea.[3]

HistoryEdit

Prior to 2021, India was represented to Eritrea through its High Commission in Khartoum, Sudan. India established resident embassy in Asmara in 2021.[4]


ScholarshipsEdit

Embassy offers scholarships to Eritrea nationals to study in India.[5][6]
