Ram Charitra Rai Yadav was an Indian politician. He was elected as a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Sursand constituency in Sitamarhi district, Bihar.[1][2][3]

Yadav was elected in 1952 as an Independent and thrice ticket of Indian National Congress from Sursand constituency.
