Government Polytechnic Bhaga, also known as Bhaga Mining and BIT, is a college of mining engineering and computer engineering in Motinagar, India.

Established in 1905, BIT is considered the oldest college of mining engineering in Asia .[1]

Although the college was founded in 1887 and the studies of mining started, the institution was formally established in 1905.
