Early life and Education

Khan was born on 26th February 1971 in a village located in Helmand Province, though his family's origins trace back to Paktia Province. He received his early education at a local school and mosque. However, due to the communist Saur Revolution, he and his family were compelled to relocate to [[Pakistan. There, he enrolled in a madrasa for refugees, where he studied various subjects, including Arabic grammar, logic, rhetoric, jurisprudence, hadith, and Quranic exegesis.

For his higher Islamic education, he attended the Darul Uloom Haqqania seminary in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, which is known for producing several prominent figures within the Taliban.

During his time in Pakistan, he reportedly resided in Banaras Colony in Karachi and still owns various properties, real estate, and has numerous business interests in the country.
