Nagabhushanam (actor)
C. Nagabushanam (c.1922 – 5 May 1995[1]) was a comedian and character actor of the Telugu cinema.[2] His first film was Palletooru (1951), directed by Tatineni Prakash Rao. He acted in approximately 395 films from the 1950s to the 1980s.

One of his most popular stages roles was as Raktakanneru Nagabhushanam in Raktha Kanneeru, which he also produced.[3] He acted along with Vemavarapu Gowtham Kumar. Nagabushanam gave more than 2,000 performances of the drama. Along with Vemavarapu Gowtham Kumar (Present Deputy M.R.O. of Gudivada) gave more than 100 stage shows in Hyderabad.
He played the lead in Edi Nijam (1956), a film directed by Sundaram Balachander and produced by Ghantasala Krishnamurthy of Pratibha Films.[4]
Nagabushanam produced a handful of films, including Natakala Rayudu and Oke Kutumbam.
Nagabushanam died on 5 May 1995.[1]
Personal life
Nagabhushanam was born in Anakarlapudi Village, Kondepi Mandalam, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh. Nagabhushanam has three sons and two daughters and seven grand children. None of them are into film industry.
