Nongshaba

Kanglasha or Nongshaba is a primordial dragon lion in Meitei mythology and religion. He is the song of Atingkok, the supreme creator God of the universe.^[1]^[2]^[3] A pair of the gigantic concrete statues are still standing in front of the inner ear entrance gate to the sacred city of the Kangla in Imphal.
