Anand Singh Bisht (8 August 1948 – 4 December 2020) was a Fijian lawyer and politician. He was born in Bombay, India.

Singh was a member of the Labour Party. From 1999 to 2000, he was a member of the House of Representatives and Attorney General. From 2001 to 2006, Singh was a member of the Senate.

Singh died on 4 December 2020 in Auckland, New Zealand at the age of 72.[1]
