Sniawbhalang Dhar is a National People's Party politician from Meghalaya. He has been elected in Meghalaya Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Nartiang constituency as candidate of National People's Party. He was Minister of Commerce & Industries, Community & Rural Development, Soil & Water Conservation, Transport in Conrad Sangma ministry from 2018.[1][2][3][4]

He is a Niamtre Jaintia.
