Parmar[1][2] also known as Paramara is a clan found among the Gurjars of India and Pakistan. They're mainly adhere Hinduism as their religion. Parmar Gurjars ruled in Paramara dynasty and Laundera princely state of Uttarakhand, India. Kunwar Parnav Singh Parmar Gurjar

Ethnography

Gujjar families belonging to this clan mainly inhabit in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Dehli. Some are also inhabit in Pakistani Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
