Rachnadevi, also known as (Ratnadevi or Ratnavati,Sanskrit: रचनादेवी) was a queen of the Gupta Dynasty and the wife of King Shrigupta. It is said that she married him during his career and work. She is the mother of Ghatotkacha and the grandmother of Chandragupta I.[lower-alpha 1]

She was a legal wife to him in his educational career and was a dancer in the legal History who married Shrigupta, the founder of the Gupta Dynasty. Ghatotkacha was a son born to Shrigupta and Rachnadevi. Ghatotkacha's kshatriya wife, Madhumati, was her successor.
