The "Sanamahi Kiyong" (Meitei: ꯁꯅꯥꯃꯍꯤ ꯀꯤꯌꯣꯡ, romanized: sa-naa-ma-hee kee-yong, lit. 'Temple of Sanamahi'), also known as "Sanamahi Lainingkol" (Meitei: ꯁꯅꯥꯃꯍꯤ ꯂꯥꯢꯅꯤꯡꯀꯣꯜ, romanized: sa-naa-ma-hee laai-ning-kol, lit. 'Sacred place of Lord Sanamahi'), is a Meitei temple, dedicated to Sanamahi, a principal deity in Sanamahism, the Meitei religion. It is at the top of the Selloi Langmai hill (Nongmaiching hill) in Imphal East district of Manipur.[1] The temple was consecrated in the 8th of June, 2019.[2][3] The temple is one of the most visited pilgrimage sites for the Meitei ethnicity as well as the other followers of Sanamahi religion in Manipur.[4]
