Justice for Jeni is a 2026 Indian Tamil-language drama thriller film written and directed by Santhosh Ryan and produced by Syed Thameen under the banner Asna Creations.[1] The film stars Ashika Asokan and Sandhra Anil in lead roles, alongside Hareesh Peradi, Nizhalgal Ravi, Rekha, Sinan, Aishwarya KS and Bittu Thomas Mappillassery in supporting roles.[2] The film was released theatrically on 2 January 2026.[3]
Plot
Jeni and Priyanka are close friends and medical students who share ambitions for their future. Their lives are disrupted when Jeni becomes the victim of a violent crime and dies. Determined to seek accountability, Priyanka embarks on a legal battle in pursuit of justice for her friend. As she confronts institutional obstacles and challenges within the system, she continues her search for truth and accountability.

Production
The film was written and directed by Santhosh Ryan and produced by Syed Thameen under the banner Asna Creations.[4] Masood TP and Saravanan served as the executive producer.[5]
The film's cinematography was handled by Veeramani, while editing was carried out by Sandeep Nandhakumar.[6]
Music
The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by Goutham Vincent.[7]
Promotional singles released from the film include "Kanavugalum Ninaivugalil" and "En Thozhiye".[8]
Release
The audio launch and trailer release event for the film was held prior to its theatrical release.[9]
The official trailer was released in December 2025.[10]
The film was released theatrically on 2 January 2026.[11]
The film received an A certification from the Central Board of Film Certification prior to its release.[12]
