N. Nagabushana Reddy (born c. 1975) is an Indian real estate entrepreneur based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He entered the real estate sector after completing his education and founded NBR Group in 1998. Over the following decades, he has been associated with residential real estate development in Karnataka, particularly in the Bengaluru metropolitan region.[4][5]

Reddy founded NBR Group in Bengaluru in 1998. During the company's early years, he focused on residential plotted developments before expanding into apartment and integrated housing projects. His work has primarily centred on residential developments in Bengaluru and nearby growth corridors.[6]

In 2024, the company acquired a 9.65-acre parcel in Bengaluru for a residential development project.[7]
