The company was founded on a part-time basis by Dipika Gupta with her twin sister Ravika and older sibling Monika in 2003 and they were chosen as brand ambassador of McDonald in 2009.[2] The label originates from the middle names of the twin designers who were handling the creative aspects of the company until Ravika moved to New York City to study while Dipika retained the label since 2011.[3]
