He was in the team of [[Vint Cerf]] who was co developer of [[TCP/IP]]. | Yogen was born in India and did his schooling from [[Mayo College]] Ajmer in 1966, then he did B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from [[Indian Institute of Technology Bombay]] in 1972. In 1977 he did his PhD at [[Stanford University]].
