It is spoken in Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, and São Tomé and Príncipe. It's also a co-official language in East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, and Macau. And is also the 8th most popular language of the world.
Pronunciation
Portuguese is known for the distinctive pronunciation and its nasal sounds. For example, "c" sounds like "k," "ch" sounds like "ch". European and Brazilian Portuguese have different sounds, for example, the letter "s" at the end of a word is pronounced as "sh" in European Portuguese and as "s" in Brazilian Portuguese. The pronunciation can vary depending on the region.
