If the internet volume is finished before validity expiry and the customer has no other internet pack, the speed will be throttled down to 1 kbps and there will not be any additional internet charge.
If customer has an individual internet/sms/voice bundle, those will be consumed before the activated plan.
The bundles are in auto renew but you can stop auto renew any time by dialing *156*3*7#
In case of repurchase internet, talk time or SMS will be accumulated
