Shweta (Sanskrit:श्वेता) lit.white is second among the wives of Dushasana in some epics. In the same manner, Shakuni narrated the story of Shweta's beauty. Dushasana was mesmerized by the words of Shakuni. Basically, Shakuni the brother of Gandhari used to teach his nephews (Gandhari's sons), the Kaurava bad habits about making the Pandava lose the game, abducting princesses and making them their wives, etc.

Shweta was the second wife of Dushasana. She was abducted by Dushasana from her Svayamvara and his elder brother Duryodhana fixed their marriage with pomp and happiness and the poor princess who was kidnapped accepted it.
