Cleo Paskal is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow for the Indo-Pacific at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies,[1] Senior Fellow at the Usanas Foundation,[2] Fellow at the Conference of Defence Associations Institute,[1] Fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute,[3] a Collaborator at the Network for Strategic Analysis,[4] and on the International Board of Advisors of the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies[5] and the Global Counter-Terrorism Council.
Paskal specializes in strategic issues in the Indo-Pacific. From 2006 to 2022, she was an Associate Fellow at Chatham House (a.k.a.
