AnantSri SitaramDas Omkarnath Dev  attained "Maha Samadhi" in the early hours of 6 December 1982. Heavens tore up and million devotees were left "orphaned" in that one dark moment, which witnessed unprecedented wave of shock, sorrow and mourning across India's spiritual populace. The Immortal Sage immortalised his earth life with unparalleled Tapasya (penance) exemplery Austerity and Incredible depth of Devotion towards His Guru and the Divine.  Omkarnath Dev's "Leela vigraha" was placed at Sri Ramashram, Dumurdaha, for last darshan and homage by thousands who had converged in that small village hamlet on the two fateful days.
