Early life and career

He was born on April 2, 1969 in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his post-Graduation in Civil Engineering from Delhi University and obtained Ph.D. degrees from the Alternative Medical Council, Calcutta, India in November, 2010.
