Chief Minister calls a meeting to ascertain the source of the money. Actually the money is intended for terrorist activities. Knowing the serious situation, Chief Minister orders to form an Anti Terrorists Squad. | |||
[[Inspector General of Police|IGP]] Durga Prasad is made the chief of the [[Anti-Terrorism Squad (India)|ATS]].The [[Director General of Police|DGP]] and the [[Additional Director General of Police|ADGP]] provide complete necessary support to him. Once in a week he has to report the developments to the CM. It is at this time an allegation comes out that I.G is harassing some fellows who are suspected to be encouraging the terrorists. Scaria Zacariah, a business tycoon was the main brain behind the blasts that occurred in the State and the terror groups. One or two persons in the department itself are against Durga Prasad. Even under the heavy pressure he do not give up the enquiry.Later the everyone encourages and supports him and allows him to carry on with the mission after knowing about the seriousness of the situation . He tries his level best to put an end to the activities of terrorists. Later, with the order from the Chief Minister and the [[Director General of Police|DGP]], he arrests the city police commissioner who was the murderer of the home secretary and who had links with the terrorists. | |||

After a wild fight with the villains, Durga shoots down Scaria who was the main head of the terrorists and kills Yasir Shah by drowning him in the nearby river. Finally he finds that his own younger brother, Vinod, is one among the terrorist gang in Kerala.
