Raja meets Chanda Gangaram ([[Zaheeda]]) daughter of a wealthy industrialist and her uncle ([[Iftekhar]]) is also the city's police commissioner. Raja takes a liking to her at the very instant though she does not reciprocate, her uncle finds Raja's face to be familiar but ignores the suspicion.

Plot
