One day, one of his close friends Viju Mohanty ([[Kulbhushan Kharbanda]]) requests him, through a phone call, to meet a rich businessman Ranjeet Singh Lobo ([[Danny Denzongpa]]) to teach his son Manjeet (also [[Danny Denzongpa]]) private tution. Satish, at first hesitates, but after meeting with Ranjeet, he accepts it. Manjeet was punctual in anything, but very much arrogant and disobedient at first, but after meeting with Satish he has changed himself into a obedient and a good human being. Seeing this, Ranjeet's friend Madan Teja ([[Kader Khan]]) and Babulal Bhakri ([[Jeevan (actor)|Jeevan]]) also request Satish for private tution for their sons Vikram ([[Raj Kiran (Bollywood actor)|Raj Kiran]]) and Pawan ([[Rakesh Bedi]]) respectively. Plot
