Gagan Bhagat is an Indian politician and member of the Bhartiya Janata Party. Bhagat was a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from the Ranbir Singhpura constituency in Jammu district.[1][2][3]
On 26 July 2018, Bhagat was accused of abducting a woman and having an affair with her, after which the state disciplinary committee recommended a three-month suspension.[4]
