Seethakoka Chiluka is a Telugu movie directed by A. R. Rajaraja. Navdeep and Sheela play the lead roles. Adolescent dreams and desires form its theme.[1] The film was simultaneously made in Tamil as Ilavattam.
Plot
The movie begins in college, with the district collector (Suhasini) awarding Srinivas alias Cheenu (Navdeep) and asking him to share his success story with everybody.
