He completed his schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School in 2009, thereafter he completed his graduation from Mithibai College in 2014, he then completed his education in Masters of Commerce (M. Com) from the University of Mumbai (2018). Vatsal has volunteered for many blood donations camps and traffic control since he was a part of the NSS (National Service Scheme) 2011-2014.

In early 2011, Vatsal started working as a management trainee for Shree Maruti Coke, He later interned at Malpani & Associates in the year 2013. He then continued his work experience by joining the J Kumar Infra Projects Limited as a finance cum management trainee in the year 2014. He joined the CERA (Construction Equipment’s and Rental Association) in the year 2019 this association works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth and development of construction equipment rental industry of India. In 2015 he started Simplex Coke and Refractory.
