National Public School, ITPL (or NPS ITPL) is a school in Whitefield, Bangalore, India. It was established in 2018. It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).[1] It is part of the National Public School group. The group began in 1959.

K. P. Gopalkrishna set up the first National Public School in Bangalore in 1959.[1] NPS ITPL opened in 2018. NPS North opened in 2022. NPS Dommasandra was planned for 2025.[1]
Campus[edit source]
The campus lies on Kadugodi Main Road, Goravigere, near Whitefield. It serves families from Whitefield, ITPL and Bangalore East. The campus covers about 4.2 acres.[2]
Academics[edit source]
The school teaches in English. Early years follow the Montessori method. Later years follow the CBSE curriculum.[2] The school has four stages:
- Kindergarten
- Primary Years
- Middle Years
- Senior School
Senior school programmes[edit source]
- iLEAP is the science programme. It adds JEE Mains and Advanced preparation to the school timetable. IIT alumni and subject specialists teach it.[3]
- Ignite is the commerce programme.[1]
Facilities[edit source]
The school has landscaped grounds, a library and a playground. It offers indoor and outdoor sports. The school runs transport for students. It has no hostel.[2][4]

The school hosts a student-led TEDx event, TEDx NPS ITPL Youth. It was held in 2025 and 2026.[1] The school also has a Student Council.
