N. Nagabushana Reddy is an Indian real estate entrepreneur and business executive. He is the founder and managing director of NBR Group, a Bengaluru-based real estate development company established in 1998.[1][2]
Over a career spanning more than two decades, Reddy has been involved in residential plotted developments and housing projects in Bengaluru and surrounding regions. Under his leadership, NBR Group has reported developing more than 12 million square feet of residential real estate.[3]
Early life and education
Reddy was born in Karnataka, India. He completed his education in engineering before entering the real estate sector.[2]
Career
Reddy entered the real estate industry in 1998 and founded NBR Group.[2] During its early years, the company focused primarily on plotted residential developments in suburban areas around Bengaluru.[3]
Over time, the company expanded into residential construction and integrated housing projects across the Bengaluru metropolitan region.[4]
The company's developments have been concentrated in growth corridors of Bengaluru, including the Sarjapur and Varthur regions.[5]
Major projects
In 2024, NBR Group acquired a 9.65-acre land parcel in Bengaluru for residential development.[1]
In 2025, the company announced NBR Soul of the Seasons, a residential development located in the Sarjapur–Mullur corridor of Bengaluru. The project was reported to have an estimated development value of ₹1,200 crore.[6]
According to reports, the project recorded sales bookings of approximately ₹175 crore during its initial launch phase.[7]
