The Palestinian poppy, Windflower, or the Andalusian marigold (Anemone coronaria)^[1]^[2] is a flowering plant in the genus Anemone. It is native to the Mediterranean region. It is the national flower of Palestine.

Anemone coronaria is widely grown for its decorative flowers. Numerous cultivars have been selected and named.
