In this book , the author says Ramayana by first sage Valmiki is not just a beautiful story narrated in enchanting poetry . Seshendra proved with visionary research that The first sage of the Human Civilization Valmiki embedded Kundalini Yoga in this first epic of the Mankind. The story or poetry is only a sugar coating to it.
