It was the third project of Actors Jishnu Raghavan and Sidharth Bharathan after both duos worked together in Nammal (2002) and Nidra (2012). Actress Ann Augustine was selected for the female lead whereas, Kalabhavan Mani, Sai Kumar and Shari selected for the supportive part. Also second collaboration of Jishnu and Ann Augustine after Ordinary (2012) and marks the final appearance of Jishnu in Malayalam cinema.
