Sikka Ports & Terminals (SPTL) is a captive port infrastructure to RIL’s Jamnagar complex in Sikka, Gujarat,[1] comprising 10 captive jetties that are licensed to operate by the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) on a BOMT (Build, Operate, Maintain and Transfer) basis.
