Tassaduq Hussain is an Indian Bollywood Ace cinematographer and politician known for his films Omkara (2006 film) and Kaminey. He is the member of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party and the former member of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council.[3][4] He served as the cabinet minister for tourism from 2017 to 2018 in the government of Jammu and Kashmir.[1] He is the son of former Home Minister of India and two time Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and brother of former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti.[3][4][5]

He picturised song called Pray for Me Brother of A. R. Rahman to send a message of an anti-poverty anthem for the Millennium Goals for the United Nations in 2007.[6][7][8]
